- Telecommunications Carrier Interconnection Agreements -The Public Service Commission has a listing of Interconnection Agreements between service providers in New York State. Most service providers are required to submit these types of agreements to the Public Service Commission for approval. In the event a carrier failed to comply with Public Service Law by not submitting an interconnection agreement for approval, such agreement would not be on the listing.

Interconnection Agreements between service providers in New York State
The Public Service Commission has a listing of Interconnection Agreements between service providers in New York State. Most service providers are required to submit these types of agreements to the Public Service Commission for approval. In the event a carrier failed to comply with Public Service Law by not submitting an interconnection agreement for approval, such agreement would not be on the listing.
