Buffalo Office

• From the North: 
  Take the I-190 and exit Niagara Street. Turn right on Niagara Street and proceed into Downtown to the traffic circle at City Hall. Proceed around the traffic circle and take the second right which is Delaware Avenue. Proceed two blocks to Church Street and turn left. Proceed to the third signal light which is Main Street. The Ellicott Square Building is on the opposite side of Main Street on the right hand side. There is surface lot parking as well as ramp parking in the immediate vicinity of the building.
• From the South: 
  Take the I-190 and exit Church Street. Stay on Church Street and follow the above directions once you cross over Delaware Avenue.
• From the East: 
  Take Route 33 (also known as the Kensington Expressway) into Downtown. Exit Route 33 and follow the signs for Oak Street. Proceed on Oak Street for nine signal lights until you come to Swan Street. Turn right on Swan Street and proceed to Washington Street which is the first signal light. The Ellicott Square Building will be on the opposite side of Washington Street on the right side of the street.
• By the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Rapid Transit: 
  Exit the train at either Church Street or Seneca Street. From the Church Street station, proceed west on Main Street 1 block. The Ellicott Square Building will be in the south side of Main Street. From the Seneca Street station, proceed east on Main Street one block. The Ellicott Square Building will be on the same side of the street.
• By Bus: 
  The Ellicott Square is in the immediate vicinity of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Bus Terminal and is 1 block Northwest of the terminal.

Once in the Ellicott Square Building, use the Main Street elevators to the 10th floor. The PSC office is in Room 1050.
