Per requirements established in 10 CFR 50.82, Holtec Decommissioning International is required to submit reports to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission by March 31 each year on the status of decommissioning funding, the financial assurance report, and the status of funding for managing irradiated fuel at Indian Point for the previous year.
