The Department of Public Service would like to understand your experience as a NYSEG or RG&E customer since July 2022. Please complete the comment form below based on your personal experience. 

Comments or information you enter into this form may become part of a Department of Public Service or Public Service Commission official record. Comments you submit may be publicly posted on the Department’s Document and Matter Management system at a later time. Do not enter your utility account number in this form.
