Virtual Procedural Conference LIPA Syosset to Oakwood Article VII

A virtual procedural conference will be held before Administrative Law Judge Tara Kersey on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, by WebEx. The procedural conference will begin at 10:30 a.m. and may be accessed electronically or by phone. 

The purposes of the procedural conference are to discuss party status requests received to date and establish a Protective Order and address any other pertinent procedural issues.

When entering the conference, participants will be asked to “select audio system.” It is recommended that participants opt to have the system “call CASE 25-T-0241 -2- me” or “call using computer.” The “call me” option will require participants to enter their phone numbers.
