Conference Information

A virtual procedural conference will be held before Administrative Law Judge Tara Kersey on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, by WebEx. The procedural conference will begin at 10:30 a.m. and may be accessed electronically or by phone. 

The purposes of the procedural conference are to discuss party status requests received to date and establish a Protective Order and address any other pertinent procedural issues.
