Start of evidentiary hearing in Con Edison rate case proceeding

An evidentiary hearing will be held on December 3, 2025, starting at 10:00 a.m., before Administrative Law Judges James A. Costello, Tara A. Kersey, and Nicholas Planty at the Public Service Commission’s offices located at 90 Church Street, New York, New York, in the 4th Floor Boardroom. 

The purpose of the hearing is to receive into evidence and evaluate a Joint Proposal filed in these proceedings on November 5, 2025. 

All parties who will attend the hearing and are not Department of Public Service employees must provide their name to Carensa Grant (by email to [email protected] or by telephone at 518-474-4521) before 2:00 p.m. on December 1, 2025. You must show valid photo identification upon arrival at 90 Church Street. These procedures are necessary to comply with building security requirements.
