Siting Board Meeting March 2024

The purpose of the Siting Board meeting is to consider two items.

• A request by Eight Point Wind, LLC (EPW) to amend Appendix A (the Sound Testing Protocols) of the Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need that was granted to EPW in this proceeding. (Case 16-F-0062)
• A petition for rehearing that was filed by Cattaraugus County on December 19, 2023 (Case 17-F-0282)
