Bear Ridge Solar, LLC: PSC is considering a petition filed by Bear Ridge Solar, LLC requesting authorization to issue debt financing to enter into indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $300 million to facilitate its development and construction of a 100 MW solar electric generating facility in the Towns of Cambria and Pendleton, Niagara County, New York.
