Department of Public Service Staff (Staff) will hold a Stakeholder Webinar on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST, to review the Public Service Commission’s recent Order Authorizing Low- to Moderate-Income Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification Portfolio for 2026-2030, issued on May 15, 2025. At the Stakeholder Webinar, Staff will present an overview of the Order, followed by time for questions. We encourage you to submit your questions in advance of the webinar via email to [email protected]. A recording of the webinar, an overview presentation, and a compilation of questions and answers will be available following the event in Case 25-M-0249.

Stakeholders should take note that Staff will be convening further events in the coming weeks to solicit input on the management of 2026-2030 LMI portfolio, including recommendations for improving how stakeholders are involved in the development and oversight of LMI programs and metrics to gauge the performance of the portfolio. This input will inform Staff’s development of the LMI Portfolio Performance Management Plan directed by the above-referenced order. Dates and agendas for coming engagements will be announced in Case 25-M-0249.
