LMI: Webinar to discuss development of the LMI Portfolio Performance Management Framework

Department of Public Service Staff (Staff) will hold a webinar to discuss the development of the LMI Portfolio Performance Management Framework on Monday, July 7, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST, per the Commission’s recent Order Authorizing Low- to Moderate-Income Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification Portfolio for 2026-2030, issued on May 15, 2025. 

At the webinar, Staff will facilitate a discussion on considerations for Staff oversight of the performance of the LMI EE/BE programs, including potential metrics, reporting requirements, options for incorporating stakeholder engagement on the performance of programs, and additional considerations.
