Case 22-T-0157 - Application of Anbaric Development Partners, LLC Pursuant to Public Service Law Article VII for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the Juno Power Express Electric Transmission Facility.
Eligible municipal and other parties intending to request intervenor funding must file their requests by no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 5, 2023. Parties requesting funding must complete the “Request for Intervenor Funds” form available on the “Guides, Charts, and Forms” section of the Article VII page. Requests must fully comply with 16 NYCRR 85-2.4(d).
All requests for intervenor funds must be submitted to Administrative Law Judge Michael Clarke ([email protected]). A copy of each funding request must also be filed with the Hon. Michelle L. Phillips, Secretary, at [email protected] by 4:30 p.m. on April 5, 2023.
