Forum Information

Department of Public Service Staff (Staff) will host a stakeholder forum on July 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m, located at Agency Building 3, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY. This meeting continues the series of Low- and Moderate-Income Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification (LMI EE/BE) Quarterly Forums that Staff are convening to update stakeholders on the performance of programs in the LMI EE/BE portfolio and facilitate discussion of challenges, opportunities, and emerging issues.

July 29th, 2026 – 10:00 am to 3:00 pm 

In-Person attendees must register by Friday, July 24th. Virtual attendees may register until the start of the meeting.

Information for In-Person Attendees 

  • Public entry to Agency Building 3 is through the Empire State Plaza Concourse. The building is not accessible to the public from the outdoor Plaza level. The Concourse is accessible via stairwells descending from the Plaza and through the main entrance on Madison Avenue, across from the NY State Museum. From the Concourse, follow signs for Agency Building 3. 
  • Please check in at the security desk to enter the building. Stakeholders who register to attend in person by the 7/24 deadline will be added to the security list. You may be required to show photo identification. The conference will begin promptly at 10, so please arrive early to check in. 
  • Lunch will not be provided. We encourage you to explore the dining options on the Empire State Plaza Concourse
