Any person wishing to attend the meeting, either in person or virtually, is asked to register by 12:00 p.m. on June 14, 2023. An agenda will be made available in advance of the meeting. The agenda, when available, and all documents filed in this matter, may be obtained by going to the Department’s website at www.dps.ny.gov, clicking on “File Search” (located under the “Commission Filings” heading), and entering “21-01188” in the “Search by Case Number” field.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that due to time constraints during the June 15, 2023 meeting, and to accommodate additional public engagement, a separate public forum will be held with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and relevant New York State agencies on July 11, 2023. More information on the public forum, including instructions on how to register for the separate event, is available on the Department's website by searching the matter number, as described above, and at www.dps.ny.gov/indianpoint.
