The purpose of this technical conference is to provide an overview of the methodology that is being used to assess the Distributed System Implementation Plan (DSIP) process and the anticipated deliverables. As part of the Grid Flexibility Study, the current DSIP process and resulting plans are being reviewed. The review includes research of similar processes ongoing throughout the industry, a series of assessments of the current DSIPs and a review of Commission guidance for the DSIPs. Time will be reserved to answer questions from meeting attendees on the presented material.
