Empire Offshore Wind: Procedural conference held regarding the 12-mile Empire Offshore Wind transmission line

Meeting Information

A procedural conference will be held before Administrative Law Judges Ashley Moreno and Tara Kersey on Thursday, September 14, 2023, by WebEx. The procedural conference will begin at 1:00 pm. The principal purposes of the procedural conference are to address issues related to party status and participation, address issues relating to settlement, discuss the parties’ scheduling and process proposals, and to consider any other matters appropriately raised.
