The conference will provide an opportunity for DPS staff and interested parties to engage with the Joint Utilities regarding the proposal made by the Joint Utilities for the first time in their initial comments. The Joint Utilities will provide further explanation of their proposal to use a deferral value approach for MCOS in LSRV areas and for Non-wires Solution areas. The Joint Utilities propose to use the traditional MCOS studies for territory-wide programs and the DRV. To help ensure efficient use of stakeholder time, interested entities are encouraged to email questions, in advance, to Richard Schuler at [email protected] by Tuesday, November 21, 2023. Please put “MCOS Questions” in the subject line of the email. Interested entities may also ask questions during the technical conference by submitting those questions, at that time, through the WebEx Q&A feature.
