Corning Natural Gas: PSC to hold virtual procedural conference followed by virtual technical conference

A virtual procedural conference, followed by a virtual technical conference, will be held before Administrative Law Judges Dakin D. Lecakes and Maureen F. Leary on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, by WebEx. The procedural conference will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be followed immediately by the technical conference. These conferences concern the rate request filed on July 31, 2024, by Corning Natural Gas Corporation (the Company) for gas service. 

The principal purposes of the procedural conference are to identify the parties and major issues, discuss a schedule for the proceeding, address issues related to the service of documents and discovery, and any other pertinent procedural issues. 

At the technical conference, the Company’s experts will present an overview of the main aspects of the rate case filing and, following the presentation, parties may ask clarifying questions so that they may better understand the scope and nature of the rate filing.
