Comments are requested by September 10, 2026 on (1) the Coordinated Grid Planning Process (CGPP) Cycle 1 Report, as corrected;1 (2) the request to develop local transmission projects; and (3) whether the Public Service Commission (Commission) should identify any Public Policy Requirements that drive the need for transmission and should be referred to the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. (NYISO) to solicit and evaluate potential solutions.
