Addison Solar Local Agency Account Funding Requests Due

Matter 23-03015 - Application of ADDISON SOLAR, LLC for a Major Renewable Energy Facility Siting Permit Pursuant to Article VIII of the New York State Public Service Law to Develop, Design, Construct, Operate, Maintain, and Decommission a 120-Megawatt (MW) Solar Energy Facility Located in the Towns of ADDISON, CAMPBELL and ERWIN, STEUBEN COUNTY.

Local agencies and potential community intervenors intending to request local agency account funding must submit their request for funding by no later than 4:30 p.m. EST on June 8, 2026. Parties requesting such funding must use the ORES Request For Local Agency Account Funding form available in the Resources section of the ORES website at: https://dps.ny.gov/ores-resources. 

All requests for local agency account funding must register on the party list on the Department of Public Service’s Document and Matter Management (DMM) system, consent to electronic service, and electronically file (e-file) the funding request form. Information on how to register on DMM and e-File may be found at: https://dps.ny.gov/dmm-login-document-andmatter-management-system. (All persons who register as a party are provisionally added to the party list. Formal party status is conferred upon ruling of the Administrative Law Judge.)

Any person unable to consent to electronic service may obtain authorization for alternative means of receiving service upon good cause shown to the assigned Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) Henry James Joseph ([email protected]) and Anthony Belsito ([email protected]). 

In addition to e-filing, all requests for local agency account funding must be served on ORES by email to [email protected]. All requests must also be served by email on all persons on the party list for this proceeding and the assigned ALJs.
