On August 17, 2023, the Public Service Commission issued the Order Approving a Coordinated Grid Planning Process to create a long-term electric system planning process to enable the Commission and utilities to identify transmission investments needed to meet the objectives of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act. Through that order, the Commission established the Energy Policy Planning Advisory Council (EPPAC) as a stakeholder group to inform the planning process.
Department of Public Service staff is charged with administering the EPPAC and designating its members to ensure that stakeholder interests are appropriately represented in the process and that participants have the technical qualifications to contribute substantively to the planning process. The current members of the EPPAC are identified below and may change over time to reflect the different stages in the process.
Questions about the EPPAC should be directed to [email protected].
