DMM Help: Consent to Electronic Service

The Department of Public Service has implemented a program for transmitting documents electronically to consenting parties. Your participation will allow you to receive notification of issued documents in all cases in which you participate in real time and promote our stewardship of the environment.

Giving Global Consent indicates that you waive your right to Hard Copy – US Mail of Commission Issued Orders. By giving Global Consent, you agree to receive E-Mail when orders are issued in any Matter or Case where you are a Party in the case or on the Service List for the case.
