Annual Construction Budget Report Pursuant to 16 NYCRR 644.3


Pursuant to 16 NYCRR 644.3 each incumbent local exchange company is required to file an annual construction budget report March 31st of each year.  Annually a notification letter is issued by the Director of the Office of Telecommunications detailing the information required and the format for such submissions.  The annual letter from the Director of the Office of Telecommunications and the attachment can be downloaded from the two links below.
